Google has issued a ticket issue for two users to their personal account after a user asked for a refund after they paid the cost of an airline ticket.
The Google user, who was travelling to a football match in China, told the company that they did not want to take a refund.
Google said in a tweet that they were “aware of the issue”, but did not provide further details.
The user, whose identity has not been revealed, said he had been travelling to the match in Beijing on Friday evening and that he did not get his tickets on time.
“It was just a matter of time before someone complained about it,” he said.
“I don’t want to be rude but I also don’t know what I am supposed to do.
I thought this was a bit stupid and should be refunded.”
So I checked my account and discovered that my tickets had been cancelled.
The user has contacted Google’s ticketing team. “
They [Google] don’t seem to understand how we work.”
