In the coming weeks, the FBI and the U.S. Marshals Service will issue tickets to those who have a Spx ticket issued, according to the bureau.
These tickets will be issued for offenses that may not appear on the official court record or on the local police report.
For example, those who did not receive a summons to appear in court could be subject to ticket issues.
This includes people who did get a summons but did not appear in a court date, and those who were issued a summons and did not show up at court.
The bureau is asking that people who have an outstanding Spx summons issue be sure to keep the information private.
The agency is also warning anyone who has tickets that have been issued to not go through with them.
