Apple tickets have not been upgraded or replaced since the introduction of the new iOS 8 software, and the tickets are sold out, the Apple ticketing site Ticketmaster has revealed.
Users on the site, which was updated on Monday, have reported tickets not being converted to manual or upgradeable versions, which are reserved for Apple-authorized resellers, AppleInsider reports.
Users have also reported issues with the tickets being sent to incorrect addresses, with tickets sent to “an incorrect email address” or not getting converted to upgradeable.
“Tickets have been updated to allow manual conversion, and ticket conversion has been enabled,” the ticket listing states.
“However, it has been observed that the manual ticket conversion feature is not working.”
In addition, a user on the Apple tickets site claimed that tickets for the upcoming Apple Watch Series 3 and Apple Watch 3.5 have been sold out for months.
“For months we have been seeing people buying and reselling Apple tickets for Apple Watch series 3 and watch 3.3 tickets,” the user wrote.
“If you are looking to purchase these tickets you will need to buy the upgradeable or manual ticket.”
Ticketmaster did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Business Insider.
Apple has not confirmed the issue with manual tickets.
