ELECTION DAY has arrived in the United States, and with it, a slew of new ticket sales.
Here’s a look at the latest news as it unfolds.
Airlines have been selling out air travel tickets for months as they process the final days of the election.
And now the number of tickets available for sale is going up by more than 10,000 daily.
The United States Postal Service says that on Election Day, it has received 1.5 million mailings from people wanting to vote.
That number will rise as the election gets closer.
And a growing number of airports in the U.S. are holding election-day events, as well.
In Florida, all of Florida’s 28 counties have issued Election Day travel advisories for voting, according to the Miami Herald.
The county of Hillsborough, the state’s third-largest, said it has extended travel advisors for voters, too.
It said in a news release Tuesday that the county is sending out 2,500 Election Day Election Day flyers.
